We invite you to submit an abstract for
• an oral presentation
• a poster
for possible presentation at the conference.
Abstracts are due by January 31, 2008.
The abstract should not exceed a length of 300 words and should outline the aims and content of the presentation. A book of accepted abstracts will be printed and distributed to registrants at the commencement of the conference. Presenters will need to have registered for the Conference for their abstracts to be accepted and appear in the book of abstracts.
All abstracts are to be submitted electronically at the online submission site on the conference web site. If you have any problems with the submission process please contact us for assistance.
The conference committee will inform you whether your abstract has been accepted by February 15, 2008. You will be asked to indicate your preferred presentation format, but the conference committee may request an alternative format be considered.
Oral presentations are limited to 15 minutes followed by 5 minutes of discussion. Computer and beamer facilities for your powerpoint presentation are available at the conference centre. We recommend bringing a copy of your presentation on a CD or USB-memory stick.
Posters should be in DIN A0 format (841 x 1189 mm).
A selection of the papers presented at the conference will be published as special issue in an international peer reviewed journal.
